The Cost Includes During the Trip:

1. Airport / Hotel / Airport pick up & transfer by car / Van.
2. 3 night’s accommodation with breakfast at deluxe hotel in Kathmandu.
3. Kathmandu city tour as per the above itinerary.
4. Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with Tea & coffee during the trek.
5. Lodge to lodge accommodation during the trek.
6. 1 highly experienced, helpful and friendly Guide, porters (1 porter for 2 people), their food, accommodation, salary, equipments, insurance.
7. Surface Transfer from Kathmandu to Pokhara and from Pokhara to Kathmandu by private car / van.
8. Annapurna conservation permit and all necessary permits.
9. Trekkers' Information Management System (TIMS) Permit.
10. 2 night accommodation in Pokhara (inclusive of Government taxes, breakfast, lunch & dinner).
11. Government taxes & Office Service charge.

Cost Does not Include During The Trip:

1. Meals whilst in Kathmandu allow US$ 10 - US$ 12 per meal.
2. Travel insurance (if you want us to arrange your travel insurance, we would greatly be happy to assist).
3. International air fare to and from Nepal.
4. Nepal entry visa fee US$ 30 (duration 60 days from date of issue)- you may easily issue the visa upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport - Kathmandu.
5. International Airport Tax in Nepal - approx. US$ 24.
6. Items of a personal nature
7. Any kind of alcoholic drinks, hot water, hot shower, cold drinks, laundry, phone call and internet.
8. Tips for guide, porters, driver...
